Terms of Service

Glowzi is a marketplace that connects clients with beauty salons and independent professionals. The provider — not Glowzi — performs the service and is responsible for it. We facilitate discovery, booking and payments.

Provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You’re responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16 to use Glowzi.

When you book, you may pay a deposit (which is Glowzi’s commission) online and the remainder in cash, or pay in full online, depending on the provider. Glowzi retains a 15% commission. Cancellation and refund terms may vary by provider; check before booking.

You keep ownership of the content you post, and grant Glowzi a licence to display it within the service. Don’t post unlawful, harmful, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit content, or anything that infringes others’ rights. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules. You can report content and block users in the app.

Providers are responsible for their services, pricing, licensing, hygiene and legal compliance, and for honouring confirmed bookings.

Glowzi is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for the quality of services provided by salons/professionals or for indirect damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia.
